Elementary reading comprehension wrapped in science
Time for Science…and landforms, too! These landforms-based informational reading selections are a simple way to integrate science into your reading workshop. Three articles explore interesting and important facts and great illustration make for reading packets and worksheets that will keep your kids engaged… while they rigorously focus on standards-based comprehension questions.
Kids LOVE science… use that to help them love reading, too! While the study of landforms is often a fourth grade unit, these nonfiction reading selections are entirely appropriate for students in grades three through five.
